Our corporate relaxation and mindfulness meditation sessions run for 30–60 minutes and can be tailored to suit your team. Classes may include breathing techniques, gentle yoga postures, Tai Chi movements, calming sounds, guided meditation and visualisation practices.
These sessions are a powerful way to reduce stress and anxiety, stabilise emotions, improve sleep and combat fatigue. With workplaces often a key source of stress, providing an in-house outlet for relaxation makes sense — and shows your commitment to staff wellbeing.

Online Appointment Scheduling System
To make staff appointment scheduling easy, we offer a straightforward online booking system. Your team can use it to book their own appointments and if you require your team to co-subsidise the sessions, our booking system handles their payments too. Features include:

Our corporate relaxation and meditation classes start from $175 + GST per hour when booked as a block of 6, 8, 10, or 12 consecutive weeks. One-off sessions are also available on request.
If you’d like shorter sessions, we can run two 30-minute classes back-to-back for just $230 + GST — perfect for larger groups or workplaces with staggered schedules.
Staff Co-contribution Options
These classes can cost very little — or nothing at all — when staff contribute. For example, with 15 participants each chipping in $10, the session is fully covered. With a maximum of 20 attendees, any surplus can even be redirected into other wellbeing initiatives such as workplace massage.
