Group Exercise Classes

We have a range of Group Exercise classes to suit every ‘body’! Our instructors cater to all levels of experience, age, gender and fitness.


Our classes can be conducted in-house or via Zoom live to your team if working from home, or a recording link securely via OneDrive.

Yoga classes which can be calm, restorative and relaxing, or faster paced and more challenging providing a blend of cardio workout and all the lengthen and strengthen benefits of Yoga.

Pilates classes to build core strength and stability, combined with limbering stretches to strengthen and lengthen.

Boot Camp sessions which focus on building strength, endurance and agility. The class styles can be high intensity interval training (HIIT), kettle bells, run groups, and a mix of all!

Stretch & Relax classes will strengthen and lengthen the muscles combined with amazing relaxation techniques – bliss!

Core Balance sessions combine the best of 3 worlds – Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga – to strengthen, lengthen and calm our busy minds.

Tai Chi sessions are a calming mindfulness based practice suitable for all age groups and fitness levels, great in getting the blood flowing, the body moving and calm our busy minds.

 

Online Appointment Scheduling System

We have a super user friendly online appointment scheduling system which allows your team to simply click on a link and schedule their own appointments for all our regular in-house exercise classes. If you require your team to co-subsidise the sessions, our booking system handles their payments too!
