Working Hands was established in 2007, after the principal Sally noticed that most of her private massage clients’ stress and tension was caused by their work environment, both physically and emotionally. It seemed to make perfect sense to take the massages to the source – the workplace! Hence, Working Hands was born.
We have now expanded into a highly trusted and reputable national service provider, with over 80 dedicated massage therapists and 100 instructors. We service hundreds of organisations, providing many thousands of hours of corporate and event massage, as well as Reflexology, Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camps, Meditation and Nutrition Seminars.

Our team is perfectly placed to help you meet the challenge of keeping your staff motivated, focused and engaged in their roles, enabling them to perform at peak productivity.
All of our practitioners are carefully hand picked, highly qualified professionals with vast experience in their field of specialty. We do not employ “backpackers” like some other providers, or anyone without nationally recognised training accreditation. Why would you put your most valuable asset (your staff) in the hands of unqualified therapists?
Our massage therapists all have a Cert IV or Diploma of Remedial and/or Shiatsu massage, and our exercise professionals have trained with reputable nationally accredited RTOs, have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience. All facilitators hold current Senior First Aid certification as well as being fully covered for professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
The founder and principal, Sally Head is a qualified massage therapist, with much experience in both private and Corporate Massage as well as many years in leadership and management roles in the business sector.
In Sally’s time away from her passionate account managing time, she likes photography and adventurous outdoor pursuits – donning her hiking boots, or getting aboard her mountain bike or trusted horse. Connecting with nature is an important part of her life, and she finds the recharging experience in nature almost as good as a massage!
