Corporate Massage & Wellness Service
Working Hands was founded in 2007 by Sally Head, who saw firsthand how much workplace stress was affecting her private massage clients. The solution was simple but powerful; take massage directly to the source: the workplace. From that vision, Working Hands was born.
Today, we’ve grown into one of Australia’s most trusted providers of workplace and event wellness.
We partner with companies that value employee wellbeing, enhancing workplace culture with meaningful wellness experiences.

About Sally Head, Founder & Principal
Sally established Working Hands in 2007, combining her background as a qualified massage therapist with extensive leadership and management experience in the corporate sector. Her unique perspective allows her to understand both sides of workplace wellness — the needs of employees and the goals of employers — and to design programs that truly make a difference.
Sally remains hands on in the business, passionate about client relationships and ensuring every service reflects the professionalism and care Working Hands is known for.
Outside of work, Sally is a keen photographer and lover of the outdoors. Whether hiking, mountain biking, or riding her horse, she finds connection with nature to be the perfect recharge — almost as restorative as a massage itself.

Meet Our Team
Our team combines expertise and passion for workplace wellbeing. From massage therapists to coordinators, we deliver high-quality wellness solutions that make a difference for employees and organisations.

Sally Head
Founder & Director
Founder, problem solver and occasional over thinker, Sally leads Working Hands with heart, humour and high standards, caring deeply about quality and doing business in a way that values everyone involved. When she’s not working, she’s usually cycling, walking her CKCS doggies, out in nature with her camera, or dreaming up the next idea - sometimes all at once.

Carolyn Hart
Customer Support & Compliance
If there’s a system, a checklist or a deadline, Carolyn is on it. Highly organised and detail driven, she keeps our client bookings and compliance running like clockwork. When she’s not ticking boxes, she’s at the gym, cycling, walking, cheering on the Roos at the AFL footy - and chasing the nearest pool or beach on a hot day.

Tracey Sutton
Customer Support & Accounts
Master of the books, client care star, craft lover and nana of four, Tracey keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With a love of knitting, walking and Pilates, she brings calm, care and a great sense of humour to the Working Hands team.
