Our seated massages are performed in the office over the clothes without oils, while the recipient is comfortably seated in one of our specially designed massage chairs.
The tempo and hum of the office is left behind as each staff member immerses themself in a relaxing therapeutic massage, conducted in a private room with tranquil background music. If you like, we’ll also burn uplifting yet soothing essential oils.
Using special pressure techniques, we focus on the key tension areas such as the neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands. By releasing this tension, we restore muscle function and movement and a profound calming affect on the mind is also achieved.
The usual time for a seated massage is 10-30 minutes with 15 and 20 minutes proving to be the most popular. We provide special ergonomically designed massage chairs and the treatment is done over the clothing without oils.
Online Appointment Scheduling System
To make staff appointment scheduling easy, we offer a straightforward online booking system. Your team can use it to book their own appointments and if you require your team to co-subsidise the sessions, our booking system handles their payments too. Features include:

Your Seated Massage investment usually starts from $105 per therapist per hour excluding GST.
However please always contact us for a quote, as large and/or regular bookings may be rewarded with lower rates.
There are two funding options available:
100% employer funded : The employer pays for the service as part of their Health & Well-being program or OH&S strategy. This is the most common option, and by far the most popular.
Subsidised : The employer may chose to cover part of the cost and the employee pays the remainder. This is a great choice if your budget doesn’t allow full employer funding, but you’re clear that you want the benefits of our seated massage service!
